Shipping charges are additional and run APPROXIMATELY $7.50 per hundred cards. Minimum order is 50 cards.

Imprint standards: Up to five lines of imprint are available at no additional cost, 45 letters and spaces per line. Additional lines, up to a maximum of five, are available at $7.00 each. ALL CAPITAL LETTERS is standard; if you want Upper/Lower case, you must specify that on the order.

Each card and calendar card comes with one free blank envelope. You may have a return address printed on the back or front (please specify). See envelope pricing on the price schedule.
